So... my flight departs in T-minus 7 hours. Get excited. I will use this mainly for pictures... I think. At least that's the plan right now! Above is my partner, Trevor, my parents and myself at our Orientation! I think I'm pretty safe traveling with Trevor... I highly doubt anyone will mess with me... probably because I look so intimidating. I will write again when I arrive in Africa!

How well I know that your stuff wasn’t in your suitcase when you wrote this, but I know it surely was by the time you left. You’ve been in my thoughts all day and will continue as you travel—what’s the time difference there anyway? I’m guessing about 7 hours? Gary is 9 where he is now.
